Our Warranty Philosophy
Our goal is to get you back to work quickly. We do this through a 1-year limited warranty and a 30-day, no-questions-asked return policy. We don't charge a restocking fee for a part you can't use. Every part we supply is an attempt to be your long-term partner by keeping you out of the shop and in the field.
General Parts Warranty
All parts sold by Worthington Ag Parts Australia are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year from the date of purchase, when properly installed, maintained, and used under normal operating conditions.
If a part is found to be defective, our responsibility is limited to repairing or replacing the part. Parts must be returned in accordance with our return policy, and all warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval by Worthington Ag Parts Australia.
This warranty does not cover:
- Misuse, neglect, or accidents
- Use of a part for purposes other than its intended design
- Modifications that affect performance or reliability
- Improper installation or operation
Except as stated above, all parts are provided “as is.” Worthington Ag Parts Australia does not provide any additional express or implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Whole Equipment & Salvage Units
- Whole salvage units are sold as is with no warranty
- Whole equipment is sold as is with no warranty
- Photos of salvage units are shown prior to teardown and are for reference only
Worthington Ag Parts Australia makes no express or implied warranties for whole equipment or salvage units, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability
Worthington Ag Parts Australia is not responsible for special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the purchase price of the part or product.
All warranty claims must be initiated within 1 year of when the claim arises. No one is authorised to modify or extend these warranty terms.
